To properly wait in a hurry

Patience is a virtue that I don’t have

I could count to a hundred,
and none of the numbers would matter

Patience is a virtue that I don’t have
I could pull my hair and bite my tongue,
but none of the sentiment would drive time go faster

Patience is a virtue that I don’t have
I could look over all the drawers and shelves, prisons and cells,
the answer, however,
is like a spark, cannot be anticipated.
